Ph.D. Candidate, Management + Organizations

I investigate the evolving nature of teamwork and information sharing in organizations. My research explores two central questions: (1) How do emerging technologies and organizational structures change how people connect and collaborate? and (2) What social and psychological factors shape how people seek, share, and process information in organizations?

I explore these questions by studying phenomena such as AI integration in teams, the effects of office design on boundary spanning, and impression management concerns in information seeking. â€‹My research has been published in Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, accepted at Social Psychological and Personality Science, and provisionally accepted at Organization Science.
