Collaboration with Companies
My research examines questions many companies are actively wrestling with, such as the consequences of AI for knowledge sharing in organizations and how to foster productive collaboration across organizational units. I've partnered with companies in the technology, management consulting, and financial services industries to conduct rigorous studies that answer questions of mutual interest.
A research partnership may involve field experiments (for example, an A/B test of a new policy, tool, or process), surveys, and/or analysis of existing organizational data. In return for participating in research, partner organizations receive confidential, evidence-based answers to targeted questions, typically delivered as a report and briefing for leadership.
